Andrea is one of the founder’s of the faith based candle line “Ember” and behind the brand name was symbolic of what she was walking through.

She found herself in the ashes of a life she once dreamed of—a life that included her dream home, her family, and a vision of hustling toward her acting career. When her marriage ended, she not only faced the pain of divorce but also the loss of stability and identity.

Forced to sell her home and start over in a rental, Andrea became a homeschooling mom during the pandemic, when the world stood still, and she thought it was her time to thrive.

Yet, in the darkest moments, Andrea discovered a powerful truth: all it takes is an ember—a spark of hope—to reignite what God has placed inside of us.

Inspired by the scripture “to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair” (Isaiah 61:3), Andrea clung to God’s promises, trusting Him to rebuild what felt broken.

Out of her own journey of starting over, EMBER was born. This spirit-filled candle line represents the spark of God’s love, His fire, and His Holy Spirit that sustains us even in seasons of loss and uncertainty. Andrea’s mission is to spread light and hope to others, reminding them that God’s plans for their lives are far greater than they could ever imagine. As Ephesians 3:20 declares, “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.”

Through EMBER, Andrea wants to remind everyone that no matter how small or extinguished their spark may feel, they are appointed by God.

He can breathe life into the dwindling embers and create something beautiful. Life’s challenges don’t have the final word—God does and he’s not done with you!
