FAQ's
A small amount of soot is natural with any candle. The best way to reduce it is by trimming your wick before each burn. Make sure your candle isn’t placed near a draft or air vent. Always extinguish your candle if it’s been burning for over 4 hours. We also recommend using a candle snuffer to help minimize soot.
This is called tunneling. It usually means the candle hasn't burned long enough for the wax to fully melt across the surface. To prevent this, allow your candle to burn for 3–4 hours at a time so the wax can pool from edge to edge.
