We offer free standard shipping on every order — no codes or minimums needed.

Free Standard Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days. While daily tracking updates aren’t always available, rest assured your order is on its way.

Fastest Shipping

Need it sooner? You can upgrade to Fastest Shipping (1–8 business days) at checkout.

Note:

We currently don’t ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes. Please use a physical address when placing your order.

Returns

We hope you love what you ordered — but if something didn’t work out, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to return eligible items.

What’s Eligible

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
  • original payment method, minus a $9 return shipping fee

What’s Not Eligible

  • Burned candles or items that show signs of use
  • Products sold as sets or bundles must be returned in full — we’re unable to accept partial returns from sets

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We’re so sorry if something arrived less than perfect. If your order was damaged in transit, just send us a quick email at programming@yzeagency.com with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number

We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
